Dr. Robert Beshai has an affinity for the ocean, growing up in beautiful Huntington Beach and then studying veterinary medicine at St. George’s University School of Veterinary Medicine in the West Indies. After braving Hurricane Ivan in 2004 while in veterinary school and finishing his first three years of study, he was given the opportunity to enjoy a cooler climate, completing his last year doing clinical rotations at North Carolina State University in 2007. After graduating in 2008, Dr. Beshai worked diligently as an associate veterinarian until Dr. Donald Tyler, his friend and mentor, handed him the reins in 2011.
Professionally, Dr. Beshai enjoys keeping up to date on the advancement of veterinary medicine. His thirst for knowledge keeps his practice of medicine always on the cutting edge, while still keeping true to the traditions of being the “good ol’ family vet.” Dr. Beshai is a proud member of the CVMA and the SCVMA.
In his spare time, Dr. Beshai enjoys reading, cooking and spending time in the great outdoors with his beautiful wife, three growing kids, and his trusty pudelpointer, “Duke.”
